150th Event

Coinciding with the town's 250th anniversary, events are planned to highlight the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Hanover which took place on July 2, 1863. A parade will be held on June 29 followed by a ceremony on June 30 at Wirt Park.  A Calvary demonstration is planned for July 2 at the Sheppard Farm.  (See event listing for this specific event at the Sheppard Farm)
