August is just around the corner and crews at Hollabaugh Bros. Fruit Farm are already beginning to pick peaches this week.

Come August 9, the Biglerville, Pa., fruit farm will host its annual Peach Festival.

The event features lots of peaches, peach products and plenty of samples. Also included are the famous peach ice cream sundaes, wagon rides and great food.

This year, Hollabaugh will welcome two bands. The Barnstormers, which plays traditional American folk music, will perform at 12:30 and 2:30 p.m.; and Bailey’s Crossing, a bluegrass band, will play at 1:30 and 3:30 p.m.

Held from noon to 5 p.m., the Peach Festival will benefit the Biglerville Fire Department.
