Adams County winery wins awards at Pennsylvania Farm Show

Gettysburg, PA -- Adams County Winery, Orrtanna, PA won one silver medal and three bronze medals at the 12th Annual Pennsylvania Farm Show Wine Competition.
Rebel Red, a semi-sweet red wine, took home the silver medal in this competition. Redleg Riesling - a dry white wine, President’s Choice - a sweet white wine, and Tears of Gettysburg - a sweet, fruity white wine, took home bronze medals, respectively, in this competition.

The 2008 Pennsylvania Farm Show is one of most notable agricultural events in the country. The Farm Show brings in more than 400,000 people who will see practically 8,000 animals, 10,000 competitive exhibits and 270 commercial exhibitors, according the Pennsylvania Farm Show website.
