The Historic Farnsworth House Inn in Gettysburg, Pa., is pleased to announce the release of a new book, titled Gettysburgs Haunted Address: Spirits of Farnsworth House Inn compiled and edited by Bernadette Loeffel-Atkins with stories by Patti ODay.

Many of the stories come from guests and employees of the Farnsworth House Inn.

Follow the footsteps of Ghost Mistress Patti ODay as she takes readers on a supernatural journey through the haunted rooms and hallways of the Farnsworth House, one of the most haunted inns in America.

Read of encounters of restless spirits spanning nearly two centuries, including Civil War soldiers, a mournful nurse, a mischievous little boy and even a curious calico cat. It is said that all still walk the echoing corridors of one of the countrys most recognizable inns in Gettysburg.

Recollections and reminiscences of olden times have been passed on through generations to be retold.

Bernadette Loeffel-Atkins and Patti O'Day will sign books Halloween night from 7 to 9 p.m. in the bookstore.

Today, at 401 Baltimore St., the Historic Farnsworth House Inn continues the tradition of storytelling at their Civil War Mourning Theatre and Haunted History Candlelight Walks. Create your own spirituous adventures by visiting their fine dining restaurant, tavern, bed and breakfast and military bookstore.

The Farnsworth House Inn has been featured on A&E, the Sci-Fi Network, the Food Network, BBC and a host of others. Most recently Farnsworth House was featured on the Travel Channels Most Haunted Live.
