When we opened the first Friendly’s Ice Cream shop near Springfield, Massachusetts in 1935, we created a place where family, friends and neighbors could enjoy delicious food and ice cream, friendly service and reasonable prices.

That commitment is still part of everything we do. It’s why we still make all our ice cream using milk from area dairies and our authentic hot fudge with imported Dutch cocoa.
